Stress Management Resources
Feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? We understand that being a student can add up to a lot, especially when combined with your work, family, and personal life. Day-to-day demands can quickly take their toll. With that in mind, we want to help support you. As a student in the Applied Computing program, you will have access to a wealth of resources related to creating a productive environment for studying, strategies to develop a solid support network, and finding ways to de-stress and re-center as you prepare to take on your next steps!
Time Management Resources
All Applied Computing students have access to various resources to help in managing and being productive with your time. The Student Resource Lounge includes information and resources on calculating your time, setting goals and priorities, and brainstorming ways to get the most out of your time. You are also welcome to map out your schedule using the interactive Time Management Calculator. This tool will help estimate how much time you should plan to dedicate to coursework each week.
Self-Care Resources
Self-Care is all about being deliberate in taking time for yourself. It is essential to care for the betterment of your mind, body, and overall wellbeing. Self-Care is not about being selfish, but instead about replenishing and refreshing your own wellness in different ways. Our team of Success Coaches believes in the importance of taking care of oneself. We have compiled a list of strategies and resources to assist you in finding ways to be your best self and productively take on the challenges.
Counseling Centers
As an online student, you may have access to services offered to collaborative program students through your home campus counseling center. Your Success Coach is happy to help connect you with your home campus counseling center for information on available services. If you would like additional resources to connect with counseling services based on your location, please contact your success coach.
Accessibility
Students with documented disabilities have the right to request information and necessary accommodations from their University, as stipulated within Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students interested in requesting academic accommodations must contact the Accessibility Services office at their home campus to begin the application process. The student services team is happy to serve as a liaison in connecting students to their home campus resources.

Meet Your Success Coach
Cori Hall
I discovered the field of student affairs as a student leader working with amazing mentors during my undergraduate degree. Witnessing the development and growth that happens during the university experience is exciting and rewarding. I enjoy working in partnership with students to ease anxieties that comes along with learning and helping them to overcome barriers to success. Seeing students have “Aha” moments and watching them thrive in their academic programs is a true joy!
